Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ On entering the Enchanted Maze Garden at Arthurs Seat, Mornington Peninsula, there is a view overlooking the hedges of the first maze.
It is a strange perspective.
The hedges look like furrows in a field.
Golden foliage arches above the hedges in the background.
And, in the centre, rises an unusual sculpture of a long-necked figure looking as if he seeks a way out.

How wonderfully quirky. I've been toying with the idea of a maze in an unused pasture. Now I'm sure I want one.
Interesting view of the hedges and funny how the sculpture rises above them!
Humor in the maze...sometimes I just love the way people think!
