Well-spoken use of 3WW.
shard of revival.. nice..!
Yeah, this is good! the last line cuts right through me!!
Sharp!!!
Great haiku - especially the last line.
I'm with Leo and Tony, while the entirety is wonderful, the final line and the use of "shard" are particularly magnificent.
And the weary receive rest and revival. I like it.
That's where I'd like to be right about now... leaning on the rail looking out at the water.
I once heard the Mornington Peninsula described as the best place on earth to live! I'm sure you agree!
Those were the days...
Nice one Gemma...:)
Please check mine, too!
Lovely, Gemma! I like how you worked in the three words.
Beautiful! Would love to be there..without snow:-)
Love "world weary spirits" - nice haiku!
Deep haiku, great use of the prompt words. Thanks for sharing a glimpse into Dromana as well! I am another one of the readers that lives in an area crawling out of winter all too slowly... it was nice to see somewhere warm!
Oh, yes, how true! Lovely!
quiet depth to this haiku, gemma.
