Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ We have just had a flurry of Autumn storms over the weekend.
And, right after the storms cleared, I almost walked into this critter busily weaving across my front pathway in the Dromana Hills, Mornington Peninsula.

Great photo, but ugh. Spiders are definitely not one of my favorite insects, not that I have a favorite insect. There are two spiders that I allow to live -- one is a daddy long legs and the other is a small one that is black with white spots. It's kind of a friendly little guy.
Great macro but I;m with Lynn, ugh!
Nice shot of Mr. (or Ms.) ugly. Bet you're glad you (shudder) didn't walk into this one.
ewwww... I'm shaking in my seat right now. Even so, a very good photo.
Spiders sometimes give me the creep! but I love seeing them in photographs!
I've always wanted to take a spider photo but I'm too much of a coward.
Neat capture!
What an unusual looking spider! Pretty! And a great shot, too!
Great shot! Definitely not my favourite subject though :)
Great macro shot you've got. I am not afraid of spider only snake ^_^
The petal
He's pretty neat! looks like he needs to shave his legs, lol.
spiders up close are always amazing to see. Such crazy details. Wonderful capture.
What a crisp marvelous capture of this spider ... beautiful!
Hugs and blessings,

I looked at the big version of the photo. I love the bug, I love your photo. I just can't figure out if its a spider or not! LOL
