Full of truism and nostalgia. It is true what mass transit has done to railways. I remember riding the overnight train from Indiana to Grand Central Station in NYC to visit my grandparents, as a child. Cheers to days gone by.

Most of our tracks have been replaced with asphalt. Sad. I loved the trains.
