what a wonderful presentation! it could be framed or made into a postcard.
I notice this is two people with strollers. The blur makes you forget that things for them are probably anything but peaceful. =) Nicely done.
Very nice photo with great effects! I am partial to using blurring in my photos, I like the softness it creates.
