Happy Bright Blue Christmas!

The traditional colour of Christmas is
Red
So I chose blue
~
A traditional emblem of Christmas is
A tree
So I chose glass
~
A traditional practice of Christmas is
Giving brightly wrapped gifts
But I chose a symbol from
Another tradition ~
Valentine's Day ~
The outline of a heart
~

And so
I break with traditional traditions
And offer a Christmas gift to all
~
Blue
Symbolising my world ~
The blue waters of Port Phillip Bay
Beneath radiant blue skies
~
Glass
Symbolising the magic stargate where
You can wander my world
Anytime
~
And the heart
My heart
~
I wish you love
From my heart to yours
This Christmas
And always
~
