Pale Yellow Beach Flower

It amazes me what flowers grow right on the edge of the beach where grass meets and mixes with sands.
This one I found at Safety Beach on the Mornington Peninsula.

I know this flower / blossom / plant from several vacation trips to Greece , Spain or Italy. It's called midday flower and I have one of the smaller species in a flower box on my balcony.
Have a great week, Gemma,
regards from sunny Germany, Uwe.
