Stretches of Reality

Early morning light stretches the art of table and chair legs into long shadows

like wind chimes
like intricate shadowy mobiles
like marionettes

I love your way of looking at these shadows, well-written haiku! Before I read the haiku, I was pondering what would provide the shadows.

Ohhh. I really love this shot. It gives me a visceral reaction of splitting apart.

I wonder what it would be like to weave with those shadow strands?

Morning Gem,

It's 10mins to 10am Downunder and it's 10min to 02.00am in Sweden.

Another day of enjoyment seeing, chasing crisp or subtle shadows but I am so happy to be back (once again) after hibernating.

Happy Sunday.

What strange elongated shadows! Your haiku certainly describes them well!

Yes! Wind chimes and marionettes-and maybe even rubber bands. Love this dreamy image.

The shadows are so elongated that on their own I wouldn't have been able to identify the source.
