Old mailboxes (for nearby farms) lined up on Arthurs Seat Road create some interesting shadow shapes.

What a wonderful shadow shot for the day, Gemma!! You do find such wonderful ones!! My blog problems have finally defeated me and I'm giving up, but I will continue to visit and comment! Hope you have a great weekend,
Mailboxes marching up the street! Great catch.
The mailboxes by the road are unusual rural art, lined up to receive (I hope :) greetings from the metropolis. Each box is unique, all the shadows so different - and cool shadowy art. I like the marker with the reflector - a stylish obelisk along a country road...
Sweet and lovely, these little soliders! What a nice 'find'!
What a great shot! Your haiku certainly describes them well.
Very cute, indeed...
I wonder íf Victoria still hot autumn days? That's amazing, while we still waiting and wishing for the sun and hot days to stay.
Happy Sunday.
Hugs from D´Box in Stockholm.

Great find, and your haiku is perfect for them. I can imagine them conversing with each other as they stand sentry duty.
Shadows lining up...:)
I like those shadows!
