The signs are rather in need of replacement so that the message on it isn't lost.
I like these banners that 'advertise' the neighbourhood or city. I should take more pictures of them as a record as I have noticed that sometimes they change.
Are those holes in the signs? Although I've seen signs like that with holes put purposely in there so the sign can withstand the winds.
