It always strikes me as to the contrast of seasons between your hemisphere and ours. You'd think it'd be 'old hat' for me by now! I can almost smell the lovely fragrance of that rose.

What a beautiful rose! We have a few bravely hanging on in the shelter of the front garden, but they won't last much longer!
