In the crumbling light of Uluru
Pale visions
Pale lifetimes
But still
I was and
I am
My mind is the pulse of lingering dance
My soul the whimsy of ancient breath
I am the child of yesterday
Free to be
The spirit of tomorrow
Terra australis
Incognito
For some
But the rainbow serpent
Sleeps
A restless sleep
Within the valley of fears
Tears
Roaming years
But still I was and
