It may be the end of the school for you, but I am in a countdown to 3:15 next Tuesday...6 more days and the troops are so restless. This is definitely a holiday table. The the red drink. That was a really clever idea. Nice photo. genie

The table setting offers a nice flowery red motif, and the cranberry (?) juice ads another ruby. A breakfast for the last time in the school year is a fine getaway. You may now recharge your batteries!

In the USA, the school year ends in June - up here we don't think of the differing hemisphere and seasons. Live and learn!

Beautiful Christmas table. I don't remember ever having a setting as good as that on the last day of school. But I do remember what a busy and happy day it was!
Beautiful photo.

How odd to think that you are at the end of the school year, we are only in the (very cold) middle! Holiday cheer to you,Gemma!

SOMETHING RED

Something cherry, something blue,
Something scarlet just for you;
Something blazing as the sun,
Something red when day is done.
