I love a sunburnt country / A land of sweeping plains / Of ragged mountain ranges / Of droughts and flooding rains / I love her far horizons / I love her jewel-sea / Her beauty and her terror / The wide brown land for me / ~ Dorothea Mackellar (1885-1968)

I completely agree there is such a strong connection between taking care of your health and mental and spiritual well-being

It is true that the health of the mind is just as important, if not more so, than the health of the body. I found your link through Jenn's link up.

That is so lovely. I do not know how you do it. Find the flow of words you don't choose. And with so few of them, say so much. Very nice. This is one of my favorites.

I wish I could get my mind to follow the tranquil some days.

An Austrailian haiku. Wish I could hear you read it.
It read great to me. Would love to hear you say tranquility. I bet it sounds nice with an accent. If you are from there, if not, I'm sure you would say it fine with whatever accent you had. lol. Great read.

Thanks for this, Gemma. You used the prompt words to convey an important message - that mind/body connection, the holistic inside us all. Amy
